A free 10-week workshop that helps families increase their understanding of and how to cope with the symptoms of a loved one's mental illness. Establish a more positive, less stressful relationship with mentally ill family members and treatment teams.
Open to anyone with family members diagnosed with mental illness. Up to 10 participants.

A free ongoing support group that offers coping skills for family members dealing with the problems of a loved one's chemical dependency.
Open and ongoing enrollment. 10 - 12 participants.

Anger Management for Teens/Young Adults
A free 12-week workshop that teaches young adults (14 - 24 yrs old) the skills to manage anger and utilize alternative communication styles.

Family of Woodstock Adolescent Anger Management Group
To support and assist adolescents between the ages of 12 and 19 in developing alternate ways of responding to anger and conflict.
Thursdays, 4pm - 5pm
