Ulster County’s mental health service provider system offers a broad range of services for children, adolescents and adults. Services offered include inpatient psychiatric treatment, partial hospitalization, emergency psychiatric intervention, residential, outpatient clinic treatment, case management, continuing day treatment, intensive psychiatric rehabilitation, sheltered work shop, information and referral, prevention and education, peer advocacy, self-help and psycho-social programs.

Clozaril Group
Conduct necessary lab work associated with Clozapin, distribute medication, promote socialization and psycho education.
Must be at least 18 years old, in treatment at UCMHD and taking Clozapine. 22 - 25 particpants.

Cognitive Rehab; Psycho-education and Skill Training for People with TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury)
Develop acceptance of self - both strengths and weaknesses - and skills to improve functioning in areas of identified weaknesses.
Must be a client at UCMHD and must have a history of brain injury with indentified related deficits. Must not have an IQ below 70 or be actively psychotic. Up to 10 participants.
Tuesday, 3:00pm - 5:00pm and Friday, 10am - 12noon.

Trauma Skills Group
Learn skills to increase personal safely and reduce symptoms associated with history of trauma. This is NOT a group to process a traumatic event. Participants are asked not to share details of post trauma, but rather skills used to cope with that history.
Open to individuals 18+ years old. Must be in treatment at UCMHD. Up to 14 participants.
