Giving Tuesday Now

Thank you for visiting our site. Today is Giving Tuesday Now. Giving Tuesday normally comes in the fall and follows in the relatively new traditions of Black Friday, Small Business Saturday and Cyber Monday. This year is different. The COVID-19 pandemic has changed everything and the need for resources for nonprofits is enormous. That’s why Giving Tuesday Now is happening globally.

If you’re in a position to give, the Mental Health Association in Ulster County, Inc. needs your support right now. We are classified by the state of New York as an essential business. MHA as an essential service has had to make many changes to continue to provide care as safely as possible, all nonessential workers have been asked to stay home, and we practice social distancing. We are doing this to save lives.

Our costs have jumped with the increased need for cleaning supplies and PPE and our fundraising has taken a hit. If you are in a position to help, we ask that you please donate as part of Giving Tuesday Now. https://www.mhainulster.com/donate/
